At Loont Stheken, we are committed to delivering our luxury casual menswear safely, efficiently, and in pristine condition. This Shipping Policy details our delivery options, timeframes, and statutory guarantees in strict accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Delivery Methods, Timeframes & Costs

We offer two secure, fully tracked delivery options for all UK domestic orders. Please note that transit times commence from the next working day following your order confirmation.

  • Standard Delivery: 5 – 12 working days | Complimentary (Free)

  • Express Delivery: 5 – 8 working days | Paid (Calculated at checkout)

2. Statutory Delivery Deadline

In accordance with UK consumer standards, unless a specific prolonged timeframe has been explicitly agreed upon for bespoke or pre-ordered garments, delivery of your luxury items shall occur without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the date your order contract is formed.

3. Risk of Loss and Damage

We maintain full responsibility for your premium purchases during transit. In complete alignment with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss, theft, or damage to the goods remains entirely with Loont Stheken until the physical products are delivered into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party nominated by you, such as a neighbour or designated safe place).

4. Tracking and Order Dispatch

Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched from our facilities, you will receive a formal confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can monitor the progress of your delivery directly through our approved courier service portal.

5. Missing or Damaged Deliveries

In the highly unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or arrives displaying structural damage, please contact our dedicated customer care team at support@loontstheken.store so we can initiate an immediate investigation and arrange an appropriate resolution.
